In case you wanted to know...

1) The only channels I watch on a regular basis are the Food Network, Cartoon Network, only for Adult Swim, and Comedy Central.

2) I have a concept of something I want to sell/make called Dirty Pillows. No more details.

3) I play guitar and have been playing since I was 14. I don't play as much as I want to, but I still love to do it when I can. iown 3, 2 of which are working. The other is my project.

4) If I were to stumble on large amounts of money I would either become a professional ghost hunter, stand up comedian, or open my own diner and be a chef.

5) My true dream is to play in a band and make music for a living. Not going to happen around here. But I would give my left nut to play music live and travel.

6) Two things are required when I sleep: 1) I must have a fan on 2) TV must be on, usually with no sound. If these things are not present I tend to not sleep very well.

7) No matter what I do or wear I constantly pit out. Nothing works. And it is embarassing. It could be -5 out and I will still be pitting out.

8) I must work out everyday. Not in a crazy way, but just so I can function in a way. I feel useless if I don't, plus it's my stress reliever.

9) I cannot workout without my iPod. Especially if I am doing cardio or if the gym is playing techno/top 20.

10) I will take Brians side on this one and say, if you are a female and your favorite music is country I am instantly uninterested. I am not shallow in any way, thats one of the only things I cant stand. Exceptions are if the country you listen to is Johnny Cash or any old school stuff.

11) The only rap music I can stand is the old school stuff. NWA, Snoop Dogg, Dr Dre, etc...Other than that, I cannot stand rap

12) I am conissour of calogne. Gift idea #3.

13) Kevin Smith and Quentin Tarantino movies are far better than any other movies out there. But I do enjoy a good comedy and cheesy horror movies. And of course kung fu/martial arts movies (The Protector and Enter the Dragon are the two favorites)

14) I still miss my Cadillac. Crashed it twice and it still ran. That is until the engine fell out while I was driving and could have killed me. And maybe the seatbelt thing was broke and my passenger window wouldn't go down. I still miss the damn thing. And if I ever rich I will still buy myself a Cadillac or a boat of a car.

15) Once I finish school either after Scott or University I want to move to another country and live there for a year. Just for shits and giggles. Travel and enjoy life before I have to grow up and work for a living.

16) I am part Swedish/Irish/Native American. Which means 1/3 of me wants to fry in the sun and the other 2/3s wants to become an alcoholic.

17) I have no political party I support. Nor do I support politics. I have my ideas and views, I can't be restricted or put into a certain group.

18) Along the same lines, I do not practice any religion. I do not believe in a God. My views are more buddhist but that does not mean I am a follower of that religion. I do not have a problem if you have certain religious views, just as so long you do not think you are more rightous than me/other people and as long as you don't push your views on me. I have an open mind.

19) I wear the same jeans usually 3-4 days in a row. And I only wear 2 pairs of jeans. Due to my awkward body-frame finding jeans that fit are next to impossible.

20) Anyting paranormal or abstract fascinates the hell out of me. Seriously.

21) I save all of my change and cash it in when I can. I also take half of my tips from work and save it and put it into my bank account.

22) I cannot do homework at home. I can't focus worth anything. I am always at Village Inn doing homework. And when I am not doing homework, I usually go to Village Inn anyways. State Street represent! I am always down for coffee and talking. Are you?

23) I have over 6gbs of music on my computer. Which is about half of what I really have. My music collection is large and I am always adding to it. It ranges from the Misfits to NWA and Tiger Army to Iron Maiden. I love all kinds. Except what was stated above.

24) My clothing selection is limited to band shirts and the occasional polo. Most of which are black. I need to go shopping. Which leads to number 25...

25) I have a weird anxiety when I go shopping. I don't know what it is, but I get really nervous and usually end up not getting anything. I do most of my shopping online anymore. I haven't been to the mall in over 6 months.

26) I do a good Evan Stone impression.

27) I drink tea on a regular basis. Thanks Scott Community College for selling pure leaf raspberry tea. I also drink large doses of coffee. Usually a pot of it won't affect me.

28) I have thing that when I buy new clothes I must wash them. Not for sanitation reason but for the fact I hate the way they feel when they aren't washed.

The Day the Music Died

Today was the day.

Tomorrow is the number 1 call in sick day, all because of a football game and the many brews consumed during that game. Superbowl didn't phase me, even though I was cheering on Arizona and only watched the 4th quarter. And of course, my team loses. Another reason why I don't bet on sports.

Anything new in the life and times of Joey? Not really. Lets recap a bit. (Must get old reading bulleted statements all the time.....)

• Friday night was a bummer. I had to dog sit for my cousin. Which I thought was a grand idea. No. And I had to spend the night to add to things. So of course the 2 year old boxer didn't want to sleep at midnight. Instead it wanted to chew on toys and run around the bed. Resulting in 3 hours of sleep. Did I mention I had to get up at 6am to go to work. Yeah, terrible.
  
• My Saturday was shot because of this. Ended up playing Call of Duty 4 for 2 hours. Then decided to wash my car, but I wasn't the only person in the Bettendorf area that wanted to do the same. Scratch that idea. Instead went to my buddies apartment, which is where I hit a wall, becoming drunk in a way from my lack of sleep. By 12 I was knocked out, slept till 2. Yeah.
• Today actually washed my car. It looks clean. But of course something has to go wrong, my luck. My back passenger window decided it would roll down on its own. And not wanting to go up when I pressed the button. Wonderful, doing 65 on the highway freezing my balls off. Don't worry all my other windows, except the driver, won't go down or up. I can just see my money disappearing...
  
• Sidenote, car washes are evil. I had washed my car and cleaned it out the day before it broke down. And, the day before that, I bought a for sale sign for it. Weird has shit works, eh?

So now I have to get up at 4:30am to take my dad to the airport. Which means I have his car for the week. Kinda nice actually. Which means, I should go to bed. And if I can't fall asleep when I get home after the airport, I am going to be really pissed off.

Tomorrow, post should be more stimulating. Trying to keep up with Brian and his witty posts, impossible. But, something just might as well arise. Stay classy!
